Aaron Imper

With a vast portfolio of work and connections among national wireless carriers, Aaron Imper is uniquely qualified to serve as director of Telecom. Imper joined LDC, Inc. in 2014 following more than 15 years supervising tens of thousands of sites for and with AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Clearwire, Cellular One and T-Mobile. Over his many years in wireless, Imper has built out new markets, increased capacity of existing markets and been involved with the constant improvement of the next generation of speed.  Imper oversaw and managed projects of $20 million and more to bring UMTS and LTE to customers from Texas to Washington. Often leading teams of 30 or more to project completion.  He was responsible for the triple constraint ensuring to complete projects on time, on budget and within scope.  Imper is a well-rounded manager having touched all aspects of wireless development by running departments that oversaw site development, construction, site acquisition, operations and project management.  Imper currently manages the department that performs site acquisition, structural analysis, architectural design and CAD for LDC clients.

Imper assists major carriers in locating sites and upgrading their existing towers, including extensive work in site design and development, construction, scheduling, budgeting and project management. By utilizing his experience and knowledge acquired over the last 20 years, Imper is able to practice Engineering ABOVE the Standard, providing insight and direction on projects and anticipating the needs and concerns beyond the deliverables, providing clients unmatchable quality.
